Foodservice Australia next edition date updated
Foodservice Australia (rebranded as the Restaurant Foodservice Show) is a three‑day national hospitality expo in Sydney (ICC) scheduled for 25‑27 May 2026. The event clusters four co‑located shows: Commercial Kitchen Show, Pizza Pasta Italian Food Show, Restaurant Technology Show and a broader Foodservice Show covering restaurants, QSRs, cafés, pubs, hotels, contract caterers and other operators. Key exhibit categories include back‑of‑house equipment, food and beverage products, emerging tech, sustainable solutions and service‑industry supplies. Highlights feature live competitions such as Australia’s Best Burger, Best Pizza, Australian Professional Chef of the Year and the Bocuse d’Or World Competition, plus masterclasses, masterchef demos and a big industry night out. Attendees can network with chefs, owners, suppliers and technology providers, explore new products, negotiate deals and gain professional development across the full spectrum of the foodservice sector.
