Real Estate and Investment Fair 2026
The Salon de l’Immobilier de Toulouse is a free, three‑day real‑estate exhibition held at MEETT (Parc des Expositions) from 13 to 15 March 2026. It attracts around 5,000 visitors and 52 exhibitors and runs daily from 10:00 to 18:30. The event showcases a broad range of sectors: construction of single‑family homes, extensions, renovations and loft conversions; affordable home purchase; land acquisition and development; wealth‑management and investment services; sales of new‑build and existing properties; and financing solutions provided by specialised brokers. Complementary round‑table sessions (30 min) address building, buying, investing, retirement‑linked property strategies and financing challenges, led by experts such as Henry Buzy‑Cazaux. A free advice space gathers institutional partners – notaries, ADIL, the Toulouse Bar, mediators, renovation specialists, owners’ associations and Anacofi – offering project feasibility checks, legal guidance and dispute resolution. The salon serves as a key networking hub for anyone looking to clarify, plan or advance a real‑estate project in the Toulouse region.
