GeekGirlCon 2026 is a two‑day convention (Oct 24‑25) at the Seattle Convention Center celebrating women in geek culture. The event features a broad program slate: panels, gaming sessions, cosplay contests, and a DIY Science Zone for hands‑on activities. A vendor hall showcases geek‑related merchandise, while a silent‑auction and raffle raise funds for the organization. The convention emphasizes community involvement through volunteer roles, corporate and individual sponsorships, and a robust accessibility and child‑friendly policy framework. Additional highlights include programming submissions for attendees, a code of conduct, COVID‑19 safety measures, and resources such as a land‑acknowledgement, hotel information, and a press kit. Overall, GeekGirlCon offers a mix of entertainment, education, and fundraising aimed at fostering an inclusive, supportive geek community.
