The SCLA Conference 2026, themed 'The Next Chapter: Building Resilient Libraries,' is the annual conference of the South Carolina Library Association (SCLA). It will be held Tuesday-Thursday, October 27-29, 2026, at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center, 1101 Lincoln Street, Columbia, SC. The three-day event brings together library professionals from across South Carolina for educational sessions, nationally recognized keynote speakers, author luncheons, networking opportunities, and special events. The 2026 program features keynotes from Ellen Oh (Oct 27), Tracie D. Hall (Oct 28), and Clayton A. Copeland, PhD (Oct 29). Registration is open and the conference is one of the premier professional development opportunities for South Carolina's library community.
